Krystal is an advanced injector with extensive experience in cosmetic and surgical aesthetics. She received her education at Stanford University School of Medicine and then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Advanced PA Studies from A.T. Still University. Heidi is a highly sought after master injector and joins L&P Aesthetics as the first Master Physician Assistant. Her superior injection skills along with her aesthetic expertise and safe techniques brought Heidi to become an Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) trainer. She has traveled the country training MDs, RNs and fellow PAs in advanced injection techniques that yield gorgeous, natural results. As a graduate of Samuel Merritt University, Heidi has spent the past 15 years in aesthetic medicine and witnessed many evolutions in the products and procedures. She loves staying abreast of the most effective treatments, but what she loves most is seeing the smile and boost in confidence people exude after receiving treatments from her.

Ginger Orozco, RN, BSN

Born in Hawaii and raised in the Bay Area, Ginger received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from San Francisco State University and graduated with high honors. Ginger has spent over 20 years in the aesthetics industry and has worked with many plastic surgeons and dermatologists during her nursing career. However her true passion remains in the field of medical aesthetics.
Ginger loves enhancing a person’s natural beauty through a number of nonsurgical techniques including ablative laser technology to reverse the signs of sun damage, Morpheus8 to tighten and contour skin and injections to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Ginger is known throughout the Bay Area as a specialist in the newest laser procedures including laser hair removal and as a compassionate & talented aesthetic provider.

Eliana received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Xavier University, in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated with honors. She has been at L&P for over 4 years. Eliana specializes in advanced non-invasive medical treatments for facial balancing, skin rejuvenation and body contouring.
She is extremely passionate when it comes to neurotoxins and resurfacing treatments. She develops personal relationships with her clients and delivers care in a way that helps them feel great, inside and out. Eliana believes in aesthetic treatments as a way to enhance individual beauty – a tool for confidence and self-love.

Favorite Treatment: I have a few favorite treatments. Broad Band Light gets rid of browns and reds. And I love that there is virtually no downtime. Lip filler is another one of my favorites. I love it because it instantly creates a hydrated and defined look.
Stacey Tentoglou, LVN
Perioperative Lead
Stacey obtained two Associate degrees before working as an LVN in medical and cosmetic dermatology for three years. It was during her time in dermatology that she discovered her passion for aesthetics and helping her patients look and feel good in their own skin. She had known of Drs. Lieberman and Parikh for several years prior to joining the team and admired their dedication to delivering outstanding surgical results, which made her transition into the practice an easy one. Stacey wholeheartedly enjoys being present at every step of the surgical process, from pre-op to post-op appointments. The decision to have surgery is a significant one and can be unfamiliar and rather intimidating for many.
